Security addendum
- No guarantee of security. A Kalasec scan reports issues we detect at a point in time. No assessment can guarantee that a website is secure or unbreakable, and a passing grade is not a warranty against breach, compromise, or loss.
- Authorisation. You may only scan domains you own or are explicitly authorised to test. You are solely responsible for that authorisation.
- Free vs paid. Free scans read only publicly visible information (no intrusion). Paid active testing is performed only on domains you confirm you control.
- Fixes are advisory. Remediation steps are guidance; implementing and verifying them is your responsibility.
- Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kalasec's liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the prior 12 months. We are not liable for breaches, downtime, data loss, or consequential damages.
